I was right all along, that this world is a joke
A farce perpetuated by mirrors and smoke
Corruption runs wild as the announcer's voice numbs
Wolves in sheep's clothing raping all, and leaving crumbs.
Higher education watches jobs get outsourced
Then with personal debt, into servitude forced
Just running the treadmill from the cradle to grave
You're now a statistic who's unable to save.
Swimming in circles in what is clearly THEIR pool
Sold as 'You're the mechanic', when, you're just a 'tool'
You don't learn from "consumption", as the mirror's faced
You're just a consumer, and you will be replaced.
